Today, most people keep their smart phones near their bed at night and the first thing they do each morning is look at their email, texts and social media accounts. Unfortunately, this starts their day responding to the "emergencies" of others, and often their whole day is consumed by responding to others.

The better approach is for you to control how each new day starts in order to set your agenda, not respond to the demands of others. If you do this you will experience more serenity and peace, and you'll get much more done each day.
